Located just thirty minutes from Wilmington, and under an hour from many local beaches, Kirkwood is a perfect place for your group to enjoy a day, weekend, week or longer. All of Kirkwood's cabins are heated for year round use, and our Dining Hall is air-conditioned for those hot summer days in NC. Enjoy area golf courses, beaches, the USS North Carolina Battleship, Fort Fisher Aquarium, and historic Wilmington during your stay. Limited summer programs are available, and several weeks out of the summer are devoted to youth mission weeks.
